Invitation to Annual General Body Meeting, 2023 of JEC Alumni Association

Respected members,

It is our pleasure to inform you all that we have prepared a few important activities for our upcoming Annual General Body meeting to be held at the JEC auditorium on 11th March'23 (Saturday) from 10-30 AM. Gracious presence of all our esteemed members is requested to make the event a success.

Events:

1. Pay homage to Prof Debojit Chaliha, one of the greatest Principal of JEC by lighting earthen lamp in front of his photograph prior to start of the program.

2. Inaugural Prof Debojit Chaliha talk to be delivered by Er Alok Tandon, CEO, INOX Leisure (JEC Alumnus) at JEC Auditorium from 10-30 AM on the following topic.

3. Gold medals to be awarded to 2022 batch Branch toppers of all branches of JEC in the Annual General Body meeting of JECAA from 12-15 noon to 1-30 PM.

4. Lunch for Alumni members, faculty members and invited guests at 1:30 p.m. after the AGM.

5. Meeting between JECAA Executive body and JEC College authority to discuss on 'Rank JEC -Brand JEC' & JEC Start up cell from 2-30 PM to 4-00 PM.

We are very much hopeful that with support and guidance from our esteemed members, we can make the entire programme a huge success.
